We could just select a level set each month an make sure someone is responsible and accountable for it. It's not too much different than the "weekly puzzle" for Chuck's Challenge.

Well, CCLP3 was the logical choice for now. Maybe it could be something different every month.

Wouldn't mind if there was a "small sets" section as well, for sets with at most nine levels that don't quite fall into any of the other existing categories.
