well I'm pretty sure teeth are the smartest monsters of CC, considering they have the knowledge to follow Chip and hunt him down rather than follow a distinct and static path that can only be changed by Chip's actions. Blobs are an exception to this, but blobs are pretty dumb considering they are bipolar about which direction to move in.. and walkers, well, walkers look like Saturn, so they're automatically not dumb

(unless you're using the tile world tileset, in which case, no)
