What if our video file we send through e-mail is too large to be sent? I tried sending a solution of my own to the e-mail, but I was told the video file is too large.... What do we do then?

Which email are you using to send it? Your live one? Try using Gmail and see if that makes a difference.

I remember the days when we had to use MuppetLabs for AVI uploads...
