RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - GavinD - 02-Jul-2020 goalpost beef roast riposte pop-tarts What should Woop's punishment be? Make him spend a whole day hanging out with teeth-monsters (who just talk constantly given the fact they are a basically a mouth).? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - Hash1 - 03-Jul-2020 Woop's punishment is having to get his name legally changed to poop (my gosh this is inmature) .dat .ccl (which stands for Chip's Challenge levelset) why don't we make extra extensions for no reason? .ccdat .set .lvlst .pack .pac .chip .panelse .exit .flipper .map .glut .wall RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - GavinD - 04-Jul-2020 No point in overcomplicating things, just have every single non-image file have a .txt extension Would Chip Kart be a thing? Imagine one of us made a racing kart game where every character was a friend (or foe) of Chip? We would have Chip, Melinda, Chuck, Woop, and all the monsters racing each other. And the track could have force-floors to make you go faster or hazards like ice to make you lose control. Do you think that game would be a #1 best seller on Steam within a week of release? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - Hash1 - 06-Jul-2020 Yes. Everyone and their grandma will have Chip Kart! Are you hungry, and tired, or just hungry, or just tired? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - ncrecc - 07-Jul-2020 I am unjust tired. I am tired without reason or logic. Why are Chip's movements so oddly delayed in MSCC? Did MSCC include a crucial part of Chip's character that Lynx did not, in that he is constantly drunk? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - Hash1 - 07-Jul-2020 Of course! Chip the nerdy teenager with premature alcohol dependence. You didn't know that? It's in one of those decade messages that doesn't appear, you just have to do a word scramble with said decade message, and it says something like "Chip drnk, no gud." The teeth monster's obvious goal is to catch and kill Chip, but the other monsters, on the other hand, don't kill Chip on purpose, he just happens to be in the way when they move around. Where are the other monsters trying to get to? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - GavinD - 07-Jul-2020 Three theories why other monsters just move around in a very set pattern: 1. They are paid employees. 2. They are slaves. 3. A mix of #1 and #2, they are trafficked from their home country and have to work in the Clubhouse to pay off their debt to the trafficker. They are threatened to do their job properly eg the fireballs are threatened with having water thrown over them and the bugs are threatened with being sprayed with insecticide etc. If you found out and had evidence the monstes in Chips Challenge were all actually trafficked victims in need of rescue, would you report this to the authorities? This would lead to armed police breaking into the clubhouse and freeing all the trafficked monsters and freeing them so they can have happy and free lives. But it would also mean no more Chips Challenge. What would you do? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - Hash1 - 08-Jul-2020 I wouldn't report, but give these slaves a slightly better living condition (more food, more breaks, more counseling,...). If there is a level named TRINITY, are the fire boots the son, the skates the father, and the flippers the holy spirit? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - GavinD - 10-Jul-2020 The Trinity level is the clubhouse's praying area, it's where the monsters come to heal their hurts. What religion are the monsters? Monsteranians? RE: Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer - Hash1 - 11-Jul-2020 Yep, as they believe that the clubhouse is the place you go to before the afterlife (the afterlife's waiting room, if you will). They also believe that Chip is some spiritual guide. They also eat the blue keys for spiritual cleaning, while only touching the red key for good luck (eating the red key is a sin, but they can touch it), and altogether avoiding yellow/green keys (touching either of these keys is an automatic hell sentence). They can step on dirt and gravel, in the sence that it is possible, but the dirt and gravel is known to be stepped on by only the purest of heart. Also, even though monsters have genders, the ones in the clubhouse don't know that they do, and believe that cloning is the only form of reproduction. Cloning is to be avoided before marriage. Tanks can move around at their will, but believe that it is a sin to do so without permission, which is why they wait for a button press. Gliders are considered angels, and have been blessed with water resistance. Fireballs are impure souls, and can walk through fire without pain, like the demons in hell. Monsters also believe that traps are spots to rest on and reflect upon their good and bad deeds. The exit is the the tile, behind it, lies the authentic afterlife. No monster is to freely step through it, instead, they must wait for a voice to call them in. Finally, every monster is forgiven for killing Chip, as long as they did so on accident. Except the teeth, the teeth isn't even monsteranian, the teeth is just straight up satanic. How many levels will it take for you to learn? |
