We were both under the impression that if multiple people reported a new record within 30 seconds, the record would be credited to all of them. It looks like that isn't the case.

This used to be the case, then at some point I rewrote a bunch of stuff and got lazy and stopped supporting it (times have to match exactly now). I think I have a good solution though. From now on the reports themselves will no longer include seconds. In order to synchronize a joint score report, report it 30 seconds after the minute for best chance of success.
Also James' eye should stop twitching now.
