Modelling Roller Coasters - micronexer97 - 14-Jan-2012 Just thought I'd make a thread to keep you guys informed on one of my other hobbies, modelling roller coasters. I use K'nex for this and have 40,000 pieces. I'm working on a design inspired by a coaster called Blue Fire; Mime won't be exactly the same but this is the main inspiration. I don't have a recent picture of it since I've been working really hard on the base (which measures approx. 5ft x 3.5ft x 0.2ft). Any ideas or things that you think I could include? I haven't tried making it yet, but it's a metal ball that goes around a looping Rollercoaster track.
