Competition Rules - AdrenalinDragon - 03-Jan-2012 Ok guys, here are the competition rules for both creating and performing each one: Create - Must be stated if it has to be done in MS or LYNX (Can be both) - Your level should be sent to one of the Competition staff. - If you are creating one, have between 2-5 level requirements. - Explain if a specific tile(s) required to the members. - A time limit can be added but is optional. - A specific number of chips required (Can be 0) - A theme of the level may be stated but not always. - The level can be one that's already made if allowed. Time Trial - Must be stated if it has to be done in MS or LYNX (Can't be both) - Your AVI or TWS recording should be sent to one of the Competition staff. - More than 1 level can be done (A maximum of 2 in one competition) - The winner will be decided on the best time overall on one or two combined levels. - The overall leaderboard will go by this rule: 1st place adds 3 points, 2nd place adds 2 points, 3rd place adds 1 point. Treasure Hunter - Must be stated if it has to be done in MS or LYNX (Can't be both) - Your AVI or TWS recording should be sent to one of the Competition staff. - This focuses on item collecting. - It's not necessarily the fastest time that wins - Collecting specific items give your points. - Thieves and using keys do not subtract your points. - A global leaderboard will be used to judge the final winner. - The points are: Chip - 1 point Green Key - 3 points Red Key - 3 points Yellow Key - 3 points Blue Key - 5 points Fire Boots - 10 points Suction Boots - 10 points Ice Skates - 10 points Flippers - 10 points Completion Bonus - 20 points (+1 point for every 10 seconds left on the clock) Competition Rules - PB_guy - 07-Jan-2012 Do I lose copyright on any submitted levels? pb_guy Competition Rules - AdrenalinDragon - 07-Jan-2012 Quote:Do I lose copyright on any submitted levels?
