First Rule: You do not talk about Chip's Portal.
Second Rule: You DO NOT talk about CHIP'S PORTAL.
Third Rule: If someone uploads Chips.dat or Chips.exe on the downloads: Prepare for trouble, make it double.
Fourth Rule: Only two uploads at one time.
Fifth Rule: One post at a time.
Sixth Rule: No trolls, no spam.
Seventh Rule: Conversations will go on as long as they have to.
Eighth Rule: If this is your first time at Chip's Challenge Zone, don't bummer out.
