Um, yeah: Custom locations are re-enabled for two rounds. They may start out at 5 points maximum.
This is round 9. I allowed them for two rounds, which nobody paid attention to during round 8. Starting at round 10, they are disabled again for (probably, but subject to change) two rounds.
