Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Sparkman - 11-Feb-2013 Quote:I disagree with everything you just said there. Why do you think a specific level have to be in the level 51 slot anyway? It's in the Decade Message! Level 51 is an ice level Level 61 is an ice level with blue blocks Level 81 is a brain teaser and Level 131 is the level where you work blindly Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Flareon350 - 11-Feb-2013 Well he's got a point there and I actually do agree with that. Unless one were to change the decade messages up. Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Flareon350 - 11-Feb-2013 Quote:And maybe force floors and invisible walls. This works too. Fiery Fogstorm much? Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Sparkman - 11-Feb-2013 I like that idea for level 61, but invisible walls in that kind of setting wouldn't work for CCLP1. Maybe Fiery Fogstorm should be level 61 for CCLP4 Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Flareon350 - 11-Feb-2013 Quote:I like that idea for level 61, but invisible walls in that kind of setting wouldn't work for CCLP1. Invisible Walls need to be used in a creative, non-evilish way. I for one know how to design levels with proper uses of invisible walls Fiery Fogstorm is one of them, and it's not difficult at all, just the force floor slides can be tricky to maneuver through. I'm not trying to be modest though Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - AdrenalinDragon - 11-Feb-2013 Quote:I like that idea for level 61, but invisible walls in that kind of setting wouldn't work for CCLP1. Invisible Walls can be good, as long as you don't make a boring, long maze filled with them. If used in the right spots, it can be used well as a trap or design mechanic for certain levels like my Cold Fear one. Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - rockdet - 11-Feb-2013 Mnemonic Ice is alright, though just not my personal favourite. Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - Sparkman - 11-Feb-2013 I'm just suggesting how perfect it is for the level 51 slot Ten Levels You Would Like to See in CCLP1 - rockdet - 11-Feb-2013 I can't deny that it perfectly fits the decade message, and that it has a certain look to it. Still not my favourite (I'm hard on my own stuff ) |
