Not just solving - optimizing! Can you just imagine what Blobnet would be like if Chip could just throw the blobs wherever he wanted?
On that note, I'm reminded of the duel in "Revenge of the Sith" where Sidious and Yoda are in the Senate chambers throwing the Senator pods around. Wouldn't it be cool if this happened with real-life legislative sessions? Nothing would get done, but just think of how much more awesome it would be.

I much prefer the "vote of no confidence" thing, in which the opinion of one senator can lead to the dismissal of the Chancellor. Think of how much fun politics would be if any irate senator could overthrow the President/Chancellor/Prime MInister/whoever simply by stating their dissatisfaction during a session of Congress?
