VICTIM -- The 66th level of CC, and I was listening to Heretic Anthem* while I noticed I was on level 66, which is scary. Because of this, the original VICTIM was supposed to be along the lines of THIS level ---

but this was supposedly too violent for CC, so instead this was created ---
