The Official Birthday Thread! - AdrenalinDragon - 30-Mar-2012 The best birthdays are when they are on Christmas Eve. One of my cousins is on the 24th December and he gets like doulble the presents, the lucky *****! The Official Birthday Thread! - geodave - 30-Mar-2012 My brothers both have December birthdays, and always felt like they got cheated. "Here's your combination birthday/Christmas present!" The Official Birthday Thread! - BitBuster - 30-Mar-2012 I read about a family who celebrated their kid's birthday in June, even though he was born on Christmas. You know, to sort of balance it out over the year... The Official Birthday Thread! - jblewis - 30-Mar-2012 I've always wondered about what some people do in those scenarios. I celebrated my 19th a couple months ago, but because there was something worth celebrating [i broke free from the chains holding me back from certain activities, most notably poker]. Even then, the celebration was pretty tame ![]() The Official Birthday Thread! - BitBuster - 31-Mar-2012 Quote:I don't even celebrate full birthdays. Quoted because I can relate. 100%. The Official Birthday Thread! - jblewis - 31-Mar-2012 Wait...you have to be 19 to play poker...? The Official Birthday Thread! - BitBuster - 31-Mar-2012 I remember being 19 and going up to Niagara Falls and just being old enough to go into the casino. I think the gambling and drinking ages in Canada are 19...I know there were definitely people I knew who went up there before they were 21 so that they could get wasted (legally, that is)... |
