Has anyone ever seen this CC port before?

Kind of hard to follow, since the info/download page (as well as the program itself) appear to be in French
, but it looks like it's a port of CC for a GameBoy Advance emulator (not the actual device itself, I guess?). The forum posting says it can run on Android too - how would that work? Is there a GameBoy emulator app which would then run the CC app?
