I did something very similar in YCTaOFNT with one of the blocks at the beginning of the level. Pushed it into a place it wasn't supposed to go (cooking the level after ~30 seconds) at least 30 times*, including at least 5 attempts in a row. I feel your pain
Also, that second death is classic.
