It's not hard to figure out what I mean...

means the level shaped like a smiley face, 17 means the level is located #17 in the set...= NICE DAY
Anyway, let's try a new one:
- A CC1 level
- The exit is surrounded with closed toggle doors
- There's a bunch of blocks which forms number 3
- Pesky monsters...
