Dave - Patchwork

           A neat level in concept but unfortunately it is busted in more than a few ways, with some work I could see this being pretty neat. The item swap nature of it plus the fact that you do unlock the ability to go almost anywhere is quite nice for the theme, but makes real play of it somewhat annoying as you're hunting down what block has what. Overall solid idea, and I am sorry to give you last place again Dave, but I thank you for participating.

Zee - The Great Blue Key Scarcity Crisis

           HUH? WHAT? Ok so this relies on pattern recognition, which as it turns out Sharpeye and I are awful at. Aside from the ice block section we couldn't quite get past (not even really that bad), a quite fun level and a good exploration of some things deeply wrong with CC2. Return to the Void. While a very fun and silly level from the technical side, it can be quite nasty to wrap your head around and get through due to the broken game nature of it. It's cool, nice puzzles, please don't make me open CC2 proper again.

Jeremy - Darkwater Cove

           Now this was a fun little sokoban boot swapper that I couldn't do anything about and Sharpeye got somewhat close to the solution. Really loved the small space it all fit into so you knew what you were working with very quickly. Good adherence to theme and locking the player in, very enjoyable. I'd love to see this in a future CCLP. As I type this Sharpeye is taking another crack at it to see if he can break it.

Chipster - A FLOOD IN TIANANMEN SQUARE

           Puzzles abound. A very fun level even if we did cook it about 20 times in a row and have to throw in the towel with our small brains. Excellent theme adherence, good joke reference with the title and general level, although we aren't judging on that. I was a pretty big fan of the idea of some redirection via the helmet and using the tanks as walls that eventually get destroyed. Good use of item bestowal to get things working. If there's one thing I'd have to say it be that the hint could be adjusted to make it more clear the teeth should go into the teleports and the player should avoid them, and maybe specifically mentioning that the block has flippers as its something you don't normally think about. Overall really solid level, would also love to see this in a CC2LP.

Overall really solid comp, enjoyed every submission even if there weren't as many. Thank you all for participating and we'll see you next year!
