After many years of not working on anything CCTools related, I've finally come back and created a 3.0 release!

Some of the major changes include:
- A new tool, CC2Edit is included for Chip's Challenge 2 map and script editing.
- CCHack has been given the same rewrite treatment that the rest of the tools got for 2.0. This means its now compatible with macOS and Linux, has a complete UI redesign, and a several new and improved features.
- Tab management in CCEdit and CC2Edit has been reworked to be more sane and easier to use.
- CCEdit Playtesting and CCPlay now support running CHIPS.EXE on 64-bit Windows platforms via WineVDM. CCPlay also now has better support for Java-based tools such as SuperCC and CCCreator.
- CCEdit's Undo and Redo now work across the whole levelset.
- A large variety of fixes, UI enhancements, etc. You can see a more detailed list of changes and additions at the CCTools changelog.
