Except how do we manage that? Put an arbitrary thing there every so often, like it was did every like ~16th month on the wiki?

We could just select a level set each month an make sure someone is responsible and accountable for it. It's not too much different than the "weekly puzzle" for Chuck's Challenge.

Wouldn't mind if there was a "small sets" section as well, for sets with at most nine levels that don't quite fall into any of the other existing categories.
