CCLP1 Voting Lists and Nominations

Again one's vote doesn't count for their own level, but I will second those anyways.

I know, that's why I said I only supported people's nominations for it.

Toggletank factory may be too complicated for CCLP1 but I honestly would still like it to have a shot at the voting just for the possibility that it could be a hit. Vivid Dream maybe should as well, but IIRC it has one partial post (?) which may make it too complicated.

Also, I guess I will third the nomination for All Bit Busters, even though I still think it might be too difficult but it certainly deserves a chance in the voting for now.
