Well, I'll give my own opinion, First off, a car can't turn on it's own lights, there has to be a driver that switches the lights on, or a (rare) error or circunstance that, in consequence makes the lights turn on, or the switch was activated accidentally somehow.
It could also be a car that is programmed to turn on it's lights by itself (i didn't say that earlier because cars like these aren't that common).
In any case where the lights of the car turn on, the lights will be lit, but the light won't go forward, that is, illuminating what is in front of it, because the car is going at the same speed, not giving any time for the light to go get past.
And then I just randomly come out of nowhere and steal and/or hijack the car, because, let's be honest, that's one pretty dang fast car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now here's my question. What if the car is going faster than the speed of light, and the lights turn on?
