just like it says. The reason I know this is because I've been having problems with my internet connection lately and CC2 will simply not work without it. The steam window pops up with "starting Chips challenge" but it never loads, the process doesn't even start in the task manager. I don't understand why, and it's a irritating. Most other steam games, even multiplayer, internet dependent games can run without a connection.
