Oh my. I do believe that I'd injure my hand from banging it against the desk long before I beat that...though maybe the map just looks more intimidating than the level itself actually is...
I'm sure there's a way to time the cloning in order to create tetrominos...

I once made a brief attempt at a level called Teethris with the idea that quartets of teeth in different formations would come down at you, and you would have to position the group by moving left and right in the lowermost row. But monster order and the like didn't seem to be in favor of the idea...

I just tried making tetrominoes with blocks. I tried the S-block first, and it would have worked if it weren't for slide delay...

Wow, that would have been awesome. I might make a try with only one frog at a time, if you don't mind. Hm... Oh well, some other time, that is. Now, I've just finished a level for the March Create Comp!

...maybe in Lynx, perhaps?

Btw, I din't really mean that I claim the title. If anyone else wants to make a Tetris level, for CCLP1 or not, go ahead
It would make for an interesting development if Chipsters started getting touchy with each other and engaging in bitter online feuds regarding who has the rightful claim to any given level name. I suspect that it might be amusing, in a very perverse way.

I think a claim only states that you've already begun working on a level with that title; there's no need for a claim to exclude others from also staking a claim. A title like "Tetris" is too generic a concept to be restricted to a single designer anyway.
BTW, I made a level called "Tetris Greens" for Frode van der Meeren's online Tile-Game long ago:-

Load Level with this code:-

I think he incorporated it as one of the later levels in the game, but I'm not sure.

Go ahead.
If I divulged the concept for a level I haven't yet made, it means that I don't mind.
Otherwise I would keep it a secret. I'm possessive that way...

Tried it, but the controls for that were so clunky that I couldn't get a feel for anything in any of those levels.
