You hold the right arrow key. Stuff happens. Only works in the Lynx ruleset. Designed around the pink ball section seen at the start, because I'd noticed that that sort of thing would only work in Lynx.

What's New in Version FINAL-B
  • Removed a bust if you decide to not follow the instructions.
  • Lots of small aesthetics changes.
  • A couple small red herrings that if you go for optimization may come in handy...

CCLP1 level 79 "Elevators" alternate solution
Posted by: random 8 - 08-Apr-2014, 2:43 AM - Forum: Solution Maps - Replies (1)

Key:

black first

red second

white third

I tried this route in Lynx and got 957 T-Chip time, which is the same as what i got for Syzygy's route. However, Tile World saved this one, so it may or may not be marginally better.

  CC sets in 1 word/phrase.

Pretty self-explanatory. I had this idea after realizing I could classify all 4 official sets in this way as having one overall theme that dominates the set, and started wondering what other people thought. Also if there's any set out there that doesn't fall into this dominant theme trap.

CC1: maze (or tedious block level, but mostly maze)

CCLP2: invalid tiles

CCLP3: puzzles, puzzles and more puzzles

  Trilogy

Trilogy has three playable levels in MS and Lynx:

Trilogy is a name that I like much better than "Trifecta", and since I have made significant changes / improvements to all three levels... I have deleted the "Trifecta" levelset.

What's New in Version MS & Lynx
  • In Level # 1 there was the possibility of Chips going to the NE area early -via the wrong route.
  • Level # 2 has some changes.
  • Level # 3 had a MS problem with a fireball going through a teleport...nessing up the level, etc.
  • Trilogy has fixed all these problems and improved all three levels.

So I finally solved Cake Walk and also every other level. Now back to optimizing stuff I guess...with luck I'll claim both the Bit Buster and CC1 graduate award at the same time as Bold Seeker Wink
