  TT 17.1 A - What Lies Beneath
Posted by: M11k4 - 06-Mar-2017, 11:35 AM - Forum: Solution Maps - No Replies

The winning path to the first Time Trial level of February 2017. The level was designed by Ihavenoname248 and this route constructed by M11k4. The time limit on the level 350 and this route is worth 305.4 MS. What do you think is the best path that does not utilize the hidden chips?

Two levels by Ihavenoname248 for the March 2017 Time Trial.

Encased, Just in Case
- chips are all along a maze, but what's the fastest way to pick them up, particularly considering you can talk short cuts through the walls?

Deflection Field
- find a dozen chips, dodge some balls, and make your way to the Exit.

For further details on the competition itself, check out its thread. Slight smile

March 2017 Time Trial + Mini Time Trial
Posted by: M11k4 - 06-Mar-2017, 10:02 AM - Forum: Competitions - Replies (14)

As it's the last month of CCLP4 voting, the levels this month aren't very heavy to optimize.

  Tile World total times?
Posted by: bobdabaron - 26-Feb-2017, 9:28 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (4)

My guess is the answer is no, but is there any already-scripted-in-TW way to find out how much total time was spent playing a levelset? Not in terms of actual time the program was open, but total time used in solutions - you can view scores for a level, and level-by-level you can see how much time was remaining in your quickest solution. It would be cool to see "how much time was used" on that level, and more interestingly, "how much time was used in that whole levelset" without having to do a boatload of maths.

I would probably be frightened to learn how much time I dropped on all the levelsets I've gone through thus far.

Hello again everyone!

It's been just over a year since I uploaded my last level set. This set is a lot better than my first set, and it's also a lot larger - 60 levels, covering a variety of puzzle styles and types (hopefully). While I tried to create as much variety as possible, I also have some patterns that cross over, such as levels which are partial tile inversions of other levels. One example of this is '24. Lattice Palace' and '27. Palace Dungeon' (you can see a little bit of each of them in two of the screenshots). It took me the whole year to make this set and I'm very pleased with the results. I hope you enjoy playing them as much as I've enjoyed building and testing them!

-Nanamin
