How come ghosts can stomp out fires with fire boots, but Chip and Melinda can't?

Because ghosts don't exist, they are actors with a white sheet over themselves. And because they are grown men they weigh more than the young Chip or Melinda.

Morton the teeth monster has to sit in that big maze all by himself. Do teeth monsters get lonely, or are they like spiders who dislike each other and prefer to be alone?

Teeth are dumb and can't process the emotion known as lonliness. However, if there's more than one, they'll make a vague effort to stick together.

Don't you just love it when?

No. I love it how, where, why, what, whom, and which, but never when.

How can a frame block in CC2 push a dirt block? Shouldn't the former be much less heavy than the latter?

Can i join this funny thread?

No, frame blocks are rather heavy, that is why you can't move their zero direction variation. They regular ones have some wheels under them with brakes that determine in wich direction they can go,  arrows are just some cardboard cutouts glued over them for commodity. You can't see the wheels because of the bird's eye perspective of the game. They also have some bumpers that prevents dirt blocks from moving them and a minimalistic system to clear dirt.

In universe, is Vladimir a fan of Scott Joplin?

Scott Joplin doesn't exist in-universe in the way that we know him. But yes, Vladimir is a fan of him. Pure coincidence.

And no, you may not join this thread. You may only interrupt it or have it sleep.

Whoa, awesome reception... thanks?

Dumb: What does the railroad tracks do to enforce the characters to not walk backwards? Force floors physically move and the ice somehow lack friction, but what does these tiles do? For what is worth, what does the RR sign "cancel" in order to allow the characters to walk freely on them?

Serious: Would someone here be interested in an official remix of the original Lynx music credited to LX Rudis and Bob Vieira or is the chiptune original enough (wich by the way can be modded to the Stream re-release, i have done it)?

They always follow the train track to see where it leads, and they're dead afraid of backtracking, in case they get lost in the process...

Edit: forgot to talk about RXR sign. The RXR sign, on the other side, it has all the railroad layout for the level mapped out on it, that gives them the courage to backtrack or walk anywhere through the railroads.

When you cook a level, what ingredients do you normally add?

Taking into account that the tracks in real life can be easily crossed, there is either another "plausible" (that is, a more elaborate reason) effect or Vladimir really trust in Chip and Melinda or he said to them that they would be penalized goe an illegal move...

Cooking a level involves either adding or not adding certain ingredients:
- Not placing an exit (duh!)
- Making all the exits unreachable, like having them completely surrounded by walls. For a more spicy flavor, make a long corridor, and at the end, just before the exit, add an invisible wall.
- If walls are not available (which is unlikely) use a monster, an unconnected trap, the appropriate gender sign, slime without a block wich can clear it or a button to a clone machine wich instantly drop a hazard (in that case, make sure no helmet is in the level)
- Mandatory socket or door without enough chips or doors.
-A blob in a long mandatory corridor doesn't automatically cause this, but then frustration (sour flavor) ensues.
- Not add enough time.
- Wrong game logic coding. Gourmet favorite example being "All full" in some ports, the thiefs takes both the keys and the tools.
- For a more sweet sweat flavor, acknowledge the cook ness via a hint or an inscription.
And many other useful ways, but cooking is not exactly the best i do.

Do the Puzzle Masters have a larger budget than the Bit Busters?

No, Chuck was so short on money he had to agree to extra work which involved making puzzles for some puzzle-obsessed purple Sonic the Hedgehog lookalike (who basically kidnapped Chuck by teleporting him away from his beach vacation).

Woop can turn back time, and he can also make people teleport from one place to another at will. Good job he's friendly, if he was evil wouldn't these powers make him the most successful evil villain in history?
