Not quite. That's more of a sequel than a clone; it doesn't copy portions of Memory so much as reusing the idea in a similar fashion.

The annotations in the .avi for this level on the wiki explicitly state that the level is a clone and shouldn't be in CCLP2.

And you've definitely reached it already; it's near the beginning of the set.
