Here's a publicly available resource of optimized routes for CCLP1- this site also has routes for CC1, CCLP2, and CCLP3.
I would suggest referencing the routes in the public TWS and trying to figure out why they do what they do. From there, becoming familiar with techniques and practicing really helps. Of course, you can also ask for clarification on anything specific- we're a helpful bunch
(it's worth noting that non-public record routes are not going to be given away, or even possibly have hints given depending on the route in question)
