  Official Level Pack Completion
Posted by: The Architect - 05-Aug-2017, 6:32 PM - Forum: Awards - Replies (4)

Having finished each of the official packs (except CCLP4) several times over, I think it's time to submit some proof for the completion awards. Slight smile

Proof for the "CC1 Graduate", "CCLP1 Graduate" and "CCLP2 Graduate" awards: http://cczone.invisionzone.com/index.php?/files/file/632-cc-cclp1-cclp2-ms-completion-proof/

Also, since I now have 5 files uploaded, I believe I should be more than eligible for the "Feeding the Teeth" award.

  Level Stories
Posted by: Andante - 30-Jul-2017, 11:48 PM - Forum: Games and Trivia - Replies (2)

Write a piece of any length using only level names from sets found anywhere on the web.

The levels can be as old as the hills or brand-new, but they must be from sets that are now or were once open to the public.

Scoring:

• Plus two points for every level name used correctly.

• Minus one point for every non-level word you need to add for continuity.

• Plus five points if folks agree you've made a nice cohesive story!

(Please list your source sets at the end.)

  Oldest Unconfirmed Records
Posted by: quiznos00 - 25-Jul-2017, 3:34 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (6)

CCLP4 has been out for over a week and new records and new confirms are being set every day, but I'd like to take a look back at the numerous records from past sets that haven't been confirmed yet. CCLP4 and CC2 are not included in this list since they're much newer, but they have 71 and 35 (score) / 30 (time) unconfirmed records, all held by J.B. Lewis. Among CC1, CCLP1, CCLP2, and CCLP3, there are 30 unconfirmed records, and here they all are from oldest to newest.

  1. CCLP2 #72 (Checkerboard I) - David Stolp since 2007-04-11

  5. CC1 #23 (Blobnet) - J.B. Lewis since 2009-11-02
  6. CC1 #133 (Blobdance) - J.B. Lewis since 2009-11-06

When will the CCLP4 storyline be released?
Posted by: hkn - 23-Jul-2017, 7:43 AM - Forum: CCLP Discussions - No Replies

Playing CCLP4 in my spare time and completed 66 levels so far. CCLP4 has been...slightly underwhelming.

Perhaps thoroughly enjoying CCLP3 and CCLP1 has set my expectations too high. Playing through a few voting packs (which I did not do for CCLP3 or CCLP1) may also have clouded by judgment, as a few favourites (like Exit Plan, The Day The World Was Supposed to End and Soko-Thief) did not make the cut.

However, the most important and least subjective factor may be how CCLP4 was released. Without a storyline and took me half a day to realise that it was downloadable from CCZone as I was repeatedly refreshng http://jamesa7171.net/cclp4/.

Any idea when the storyline would be released?
