Just an aesthetic suggestion:

Doesn't the piece on the right look better than the piece on the left?

  javascript frustrations
Posted by: geodave - 20-Apr-2012, 11:35 AM - Forum: General - No Replies

It's part of my long-term plan to make both a CC emulator and a level editor in javascript -- which would allow you to both play and edit CC online or locally.

The problem is, javascript is difficult to debug. So, if anyone has any knowledge -- I'd appreciate another set of eyes.

My first problem: When I recursively call my "timing" function, I get "too much recursion" error after one iteration. That's ridiculous! Using setTimeout recursively is standard practice.

Any ideas?

Okay I blame BitBuster for making me think of this.

Simply post pictures of attractive people.

I'll start with Jessica Alba:

  9-9-9 Plan (beta testing)

I need help to find any busts or problems with this level.

You can find it here:

http://cczone.invisi...101-9-9-9-plan/

This level is lynx- and ms-compatible. It's not pedantic, but only because of button wiring.

I have completed Version 1.5 in Lynx and MS.

New level 9-9-9 Plan.

This is CCLP1 material....

What's New in Version 1.5
  • 1.1 Already found an error.
  • 1.2 And another.
  • 1.3 Fixed some aesthetics, and an unsolvable bit.
  • 1.4 Removed a thin wall that blocked access to the last two chips.
  • 1.4.1 Chips required was somehow set to 0.
  • 1.4.2 Moved bugs to be on top of keys.
  • 1.4.3 Fixed minor bust.
  • 1.5 Moved red lock to make level completable. Also minor cosmetic change.

  Technical issues
Posted by: Lessinath - 18-Apr-2012, 3:44 AM - Forum: Feedback - Replies (28)

So I can't get this site to display properly. All the background images are missing and everything is stuffed on the right side. It's most inconvenient.

Running Firefox with just noscript enabled right now and it still happens. I tried opening it in Chrome and it didn't help, so it's not browser specific.

I've tried all the standard stuff - clear cookies / cache / ext.

Any ideas?
