I don't really optimize that much, but I still try to get a reasonable score for the official levels.

  Level not showing as complete

There is a level that I completed yesterday but whenever I go to that level today it doesn't show as complete. Does anyone know why it wouldn't show as complete

does anyone know if the original chip's challenge for windows hides files on your computer and how to fix canyon.mid?
Posted by: papperboy3498 - 15-Dec-2018, 10:46 AM - Forum: Level Discussion - Replies (3)

so after downloading CC Zone attachment: /applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=92" data-fileid="92">canyon.mid
and placing it on the windows folder, I tried testing it out by going on the original chip's challenge for windows. I tried reinstalling the game but I was still at the same level. I decided to use the "go back" tool but the canyon music wasn't playing. anyone know a fix?

[major glitch] record not working after time
Posted by: mobius - 09-Dec-2018, 6:33 PM - Forum: Chip's Challenge 2 - Replies (2)

I can record solutions perfectly for very small and brief levels. (see first level attached). But after a certain amount of time (200-400 seconds?) it seems it causes it to fail for some reason and afterward (after it says "record complete" pressing F3 acts like it did not save at all. It does not seem to matter about what I do in the level or if I pause or tab away from the program. (see other attached level. Which, btw, is not very big or long compared to average standards).

Anyone else have this problem? or any ideas on how to fix or what to do would be appreciated. Seeing as solutions must be recorded in order to upload to steam this is kind of an important problem.

This is my first level set. It's not finished yet, but it contains 18 levels for you to save (or ruin, depends on how much fun you'll have with this) the day.

Only tested in MS at the moment and you still might encounter busts and other things that can be done way better, so tell me your opinion!

If you wanna know, why I chose this unusual title for this set, just look at my profile pic.

This is my first level set. It's not finished yet, but it contains 25 levels for you to save (or ruin, depends on how much fun you'll have with this) the day.

Tested in MS and Lynx, but you still might encounter busts and other things that can be done way better, so tell me your opinion!

If you wanna know, why I chose this unusual title for this set, just look at my profile pic.

Confirmed solvable? MS and Lynx

What's New in Version 0.3.5

-Added 5 new levels!

-Levels are not ordered in difficulty, the new levels are the last 5

-Some of the "old" levels have fixed bugs, busts or got redesigned in some ways.

-Levels are now possible in lynx!
