Chip's Controls v5.0 (aka the CCX Editor Edition) released

Well, it's about 2 months later than I planned, but it's finally here...Chip's Controls v5.0, with a working CCX file editor, has now been released. I don't have much more time to explain it since it's late and I've already taken too much time away from my schoolwork to put the finishing touches on it , but hopefully it will be self-explanatory... Also added in this update:

- The "main" level set playing feature of Chip's Controls now allows you to play level sets from anywhere, using an EXE and INI of your choice.

- Since I don't think anyone uses ChipEnd, EXE Creator, and CCF files anymore (or maybe ever ), I have moved these tools to a "Classics" menu, basically just to keep them around but get them out of the way...

Now, as this is a new major program update, if my history has proven anything...use at your own risk. I really don't think there should be any major issues, but just to be safe, I thought I'd say that. The only issue I currently know of is that the CCX colors sometimes don't save properly. I'm guessing it's an issue with converting them to hex values when saving, but I'm not sure...

Well, I was right that there was a bug, it just wasn't in the CCX Editor as I expected it would be. Chip's Controls version 5.0.1 has been released, fixing a bug when you try to play a set using an INI file with less than 11 characters. I dealt with this exact issue when first creating Chip's Controls 10 years ago, but I neglected to take it into account when updating the main window this time in my haste to get version 5.0 out...

I thought I was going to a while ago, but I'm guessing I didn't because then people would be able to download it without reading about how it works/what it does first, and might get confused...but I could just include a link to the pages at my site in the file description...so yeah, I think I will.

Chip's Controls version 5.2 has been released - DacGen now allows you to create DAC files for one level set at a time, in case you need to tweak the settings for just one level set. Remember that clicking Generate DAC Files in the future still generates DAC files for all sets in the folder, so those settings will then be overwritten with whichever ones you choose next time you hit the Generate button.

The standalone DacGen program has also been updated with this feature.
