I tested it, and it is solvable but very difficult and random.

I am about to release the 30-level levelset that includes this level. Some of the levels are already in my CCLP1 submissions, this level is not (obviously) and is level 27, password TROL. This happened on accident, and is what made me decide to make it a revenge level. I just need to put some finishing touches on the last level.
