Who made the toughest levels in CCLP3

He's not the flashiest icon on the desktop.

Assembler is what's called a "2nd generation" language -- somewhat more primitive than C, but not quite as primitive as 1s and 0s. It has a few dozen commands (or instructions) that you can issue. Some or more efficient than others.

He's not the best-functioning bear trap in "Nightmare."
He's not the hardest chip to find in "Hunt" (or should that be "Force Field"?). He's not the most useful key in "Catacombs." Oh, I dunno...
