  Presentation
Posted by: Ida - 22-Jan-2012, 3:00 PM - Forum: Feedback - Replies (49)

It would be nice to have a (pinned) presentation topic where people can introduce themselves. I know we already had one at the old cczone, and most people maybe know who most people are, but some are new! Also, ther are some new nicknames with "old" people behind them and I haven't quite figured out who everyone is...

I guess I could start a topic like this myself, but I'm not sure if there already is one?

Also, what's this first and second rule about?

  TS0
Posted by: quiznos00 - 20-Jan-2012, 7:29 PM - Forum: Level Discussion - Replies (95)

TS0 is my seventh level set (which is too many), and my current level set. It has 22 levels at the moment, with their difficulties ranging from "piss poor easy" (Tunnel Clearance, Dig for Fire) to "balls-to-the-wall hard" (Lounge Act, Gimmick Isle Part Deux), and be advised that there's no sort of semblance to a difficulty curve in the set whatsoever. All levels are MS and Lynx compatible, and yes, I actually tested them all the way through in both rulesets. Contains little to no bullcrap (i.e. extreme monster dodging, fire under blocks, guesswork, lucky timings). Here's the link, and I guess I'll post future updates here.

My old score for CCLP3 [Question for James]
Posted by: Flareon350 - 20-Jan-2012, 7:05 PM - Forum: High Scores - Replies (2)

I have a question for James on this one.

My old score for CCLP3 was 5,774,920

However, since I am re-playing it to improve that score...some of my new level times are lower than my old ones.

My question is will you keep higher reported scores of mine and re-calculate the new score I give? Or will you just keep the overall new score and remove all evidence of my old score?

This has been confusing me and I would like to know!

Thanks!

  LizzyBCCLP1 update
Posted by: starfishgurl1984 - 20-Jan-2012, 5:11 PM - Forum: Level Discussion - No Replies

LizzyBCCLP1 is now available at the yahoo site, it has levels from LizzyB1 for CCLP1 consideration. I just re-updated both that and LizzyB1 though, due to an error in one of the levels that I recently added to them, that I did not discover until just now.

  Cross checking?

Whose idea was it to call it cross-checking when you push a block through an ice corner? I would think it's a lot more like boarding.
