What the Heck is going on here?
Posted by: geodave - 08-Mar-2012, 9:01 PM - Forum: Level Discussion - Replies (3)

Check out the levelset 2.ccl I just uploaded. After you get to the second room, you need to clone a block, then push it onto the trap. When you go back to get the next block - BLAM - you die.

WHY?????

(P.S. this happens in lynx.)

Please consider this levelset for CCLP1 - CCLP4 , Thanks

All 37  levels are playable and tested in Lynx mode. MS should be OK, too

Most levels are in the higher range of difficulty. 5 levels have no time limit.

A prominent theme is the start up, where some situations are animated...you just have to experience it, to understand what I mean.

I have made the codes available in the “Hint tiles” of level 1 and level 13

My scores for all levels are on pieguy’s site (as proof of testing and playability)

  Finally finished CCLP3 in Lynx
Posted by: PB_guy - 08-Mar-2012, 1:53 AM - Forum: Awards - Replies (2)

Finally finished CCLP3 in Lynx mode. Final score 5,933,350.

The most difficult one for me was "You can't teach an old frog new tricks", but "Mr McCallahan Presents" ran a close second. It took about 6 weeks to run through the whole set. I had to look up the sequence for "Same game". I still haven't finished cclp3 in MS mode.

So, where do i send the tws file for confirmation?

  Right handed or left handed?

What hand do you use to write? I'm right handed and have trouble doing things with my left hand accurately. What about you?

In case there's anything wrong with the levels of version 1, discuss it here.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to feedback on this! Slight smile

  CC AI

EDIT: Go to page two to see a summary of my work on the AI or click on this link to see a Prezi Presentation that has the AI running. http://prezi.com/rbs_w0ai_cze/chips-chal...f-12893181 All the videos except the one with the teeth are done by our AI.

I was wondering if anyone has ever made an AI for Chip's Challenge. I am looking at making one as part of an AI class and I thought it would be a good idea to mention it here.

Also, would people be interested in seeing the progress of the AI as it develops?

  CC Zone staff promotions!
Posted by: AdrenalinDragon - 04-Mar-2012, 2:59 PM - Forum: Announcements - Replies (22)

Hello everyone. It is my decision to promote one staff member this month on CC Zone.

Rockdet, I have promoted you to Senior Staff on CC Zone for your contributions and activity to the CC Zone forums.

Because of this, there is a new slot avaliable for the Moderator staff block because of a switch.

EDIT - All slots have been taken.
