Without going terribly overboard on self-promotion, what levels didn't make it into CCLP1 - or were created after the submission deadline - that you would've enjoyed seeing in the set? A few of the ones I loved from the submission pool that didn't do as well as other, similar levels that were inducted or just performed poorly in general were:

Do The Trick is by Ida R. And we had plenty of more difficult levels to choose from, which is why Monster Swapper didn't make it in and the levels you listed (which were significantly easier and gave the set more variety) did.
