From what i understand from Josh, my nominations still count as staff recommendations, which means Zzt #38 is now in voting. (I'll edit this later if this turns out to be wrong.)

All of these levels are now eligible and thus the nomination period is NOW officially over. I ended it roughly 24 hours ago but that was a mistake on my part.
