My titles usually come from the level design itself, but there are some I make that are just wtf.
The most ridiculous title I have to this day is level 8 of JoshL4, which is called "The Flying Toaster War". It's pretty hilarious.
I have a list of my own as well, however, I have not gone by many of them *fail*
