Though I think the 20th letter in the alphabet is T and not U, so my second guess is Color Wheel.

Color Wheel doesn't use up the "-1"...the answer could be "We'll Be Right Back"! That's 1 level before Color Wheel in CCLP3.

EDIT: Going further, if you check the CC Wiki page for "We'll Be Right Back", it's a short article ending with an oddly subjective sentence: "The puzzle in this level is really cool." Could that be the answer? I won't disagree with that statement (though I think puzzles 1 and 3 in the "Within" topic were even cooler Slight smile).

I actually saw this before the thread was posted and thought it was odd..

Also, I derped and every time I put a U I should have put a T, Ida is right. (I went back 6 forgetting that I was including 26 in that number). Still, replacing in a T doesn't result in anything resembling sense appearing...
